The Company’s services are regularly utilized where a pipeline cannot be laid or accessed using an “open ditch” method. Pipelines are laid using an underground boring technique when crossing highways, roads, rivers, creeks, ponds, lakes, environmentally sensitive areas or in cases where the landowner does not want a traditional pipeline crossing his property. Projections are bullish for 2008 as well with a projected increase in revenues to $5.2 million with an EBITDA of approximately $2.1 million. Asking price as a multiple of less than 4X EBITDA.
