There is limited competition within the Company’s niche as far as the purchasing of used equipment, with only two other national industry players known by Management. Management believes that they, and their only competitors, control the pre-owned market for their equipment.

The Company was founded in 1986 and employs 14 employees. The owners are seeking resources to help take the business to the next level. The Company is well positioned for continued growth and success. The Company operates out of a 12,379 s.f. facility which the owners are open to include, or exclude, from a sale of the business.
