Our Client is engaged in the recovery of lost or denied monetary compensation on third-party insurance hospital claims, primarily from workers’ compensation issues. As a complement to this service, the Company also operates in a consulting capacity, advising hospital business offices on operational issues including training, operational assessments and interim and long-term staffing placements. A customer base of 22 active accounts consists of hospitals and/or firms operating in the healthcare industry that seek reliable administrative services. Among the customers that conduct business with the Company are several well-known healthcare providers across the US. A C-Corporation incorporated in the state of Texas, our Client operates out of a professional 4,500 square foot office facility utilizing a staff of 9 full-time, non-union employees and 17 part-time contracted consultants and sales employees. The building is expected to provide ample capacity to accommodate substantial growth.
