PTM is a software product designed to track time spent working in specific documents. This software is useful for professionals or businesses that need help in tracking time for billing purposes on different project work. The Professional Time Master product is already listed in numerous shareware download sites. (these listing would need to be updated to reflect the new owners domain information)

Included in this Asset Sale are the following:
1. All Source Code written in Visual C++.
2. HTML Web pages (needs work)
3. Executable version(s) of the product.
4. Help Documentation files

It stores all data in XML format and reports are in standard XSL formatting Possible enhancements include developing an enterprise version could be designed to turn the product into a "big brother" type system for managers to track their employees computer usage. Possibly even tie in to what programs are in use for license tracking etc. Then transmit the usage file, in XML format, to a webserver so the manager can login and see what work is getting done (or not getting done). A server database will be needed to store all this data. New reports will be needed to give the managers a better view of the situation.
