The Company provides specialized construction contracting services, focusing on earthmoving and site preparation on large-scale public works projects in Missouri. The Company’s primary target market includes federal, state, and local governments with public works projects within the region. The Company focuses almost entirely on earthmoving activities as the core profit center for the business. Management assembled a strong asset base of machinery and human capital with the skills to successfully bid and complete large-scale public and private projects.

The Company’s service offering centers on earthmoving services (80% of sales in 2007), with the remainder derived from storm sewer and utility construction (10%), concrete construction (5%), and assorted miscellaneous construction services (5%).

The Company employs between 10 and 25 non-union laborers, foremen, and administrative personnel at any given time.
