Our Client is an authorized dealership for several top name brand modular and manufactured housing companies, offering an extensive inventory with over 100 types of new and pre-owned homes in a wide variety of floor plans. The Company handles all aspects of home sales process, in addition to providing financing and insurance. The Company also arranges for subcontracting to assist with delivery, setup, anchoring, trimming, and the installation of septic systems and wells. This effective turnkey process allows for streamlining and provides a complete one-stop experience focused on making customers feel comfortable throughout the entire home buying process. The Company generates approximately 95% of revenue from manufactured homes, of which 5% are pre-owned. The remaining 5% of revenue is generated from new modular homes, which are growing in popularity nationwide. With mobile and modular home ownership concentrated in the Southern region of the US, the Company’s geographic market covers a wide radius, and includes customers from a broad demographic traveling hundreds of miles to buy new and previously owned homes.

Our Client is organized as a Limited Liability Company and has 15 full time employees. One of the key success factors is the superior capability of its sales staff.
