This play-care facility only allows a maximum of 15 children at any one time to maintain an easily controllable, fun, “warm and cozy” atmosphere.

Entering its fourth month of operation, the daycare facility has surpassed projections every week since its inception. The Seller would like to spend more time on her farm with her husband and family of two young children. Thus, sadly, she has decided to sell.
