The Company was first formed in 1987, and has grown rapidly as a provider of freight brokerage services in support of both shippers and carriers. The Company is a partnership. Prior to starting the Company, one of the founders had successfully grown a trucking company as an outside salesperson. The other founder was convinced that, with their experience and sales skill, they could successfully grow their own enterprise. Since opening its doors, the Company has experienced steady revenue growth and realized impressive profit margins. The Company focuses on flatbed freight outbound from California to all 48 states, Mexico and Canada. Located in the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area, the Company is ideally situated to take advantage of the region's large, diversified manufacturing base, import and rapidly growing, export oriented economy. The Company has leveraged its extensive database of 50 to 100 carriers in every state to earn repeat business from shippers.
