Our client operates a commercial saltwater disposal well and provides rental equipment and related services for drilling, pumping, storing, and removing oil and oilfield by-products such as saltwater, sand, and mud. The Company sells oil that it separates from oilfield brine, hydrocarbons, drilling mud, and other waste streams produced simultaneously during the production of oil and gas (49% of 2007 revenue), provides saltwater disposal services for oilfield operators (39%), and also provides well supervision, pumping, and other miscellaneous services (12%). The Company also rents liquid-storage frac tanks to oilfield operators (40% of 2007 revenue), trucks for the delivery and removal of waste and equipment (35%), open-top mud pits and electric-powered liquid transfer pumps (10%), provides rat-hole drilling machine services (6%), and rents a variety of other equipment and related materials (5%). As demand for domestically produced oil and natural gas continues to increase, driving services, machinery and equipment prices higher; the Company will directly benefit, as they supply much-needed support services and equipment rentals to companies that want to avoid large capital expenditures on expensive machinery.
