Similar to seasonal tax or Halloween franchises, everything Christmas will allow the owner operator to mitigate their risk and decrease the cost of operations during off-season months. Howard and Pam Frank have spent years building, managing, and perfecting the Everything Christmas business model and operating structure. Since opening its first location, Everything Christmas has learned the business from the inside out and now has multiple operating locations each season. The holiday shopping market has seen increased competition from online and brick and mortar retailers but Everything Christmas is still poised for growth at the unit level, and in the number of units (based on the seasonal aspect and the benefits to operating a business in this fashion).
The store offers a unique mix of Christmas and New Years related items and accessories that are in high demand each winter. Typically, this will include items such as: artificial wreaths, trees, decorations, wrapping paper, gift bags, and Christmas lights. After Christmas, most items are discounted 50% off until New Years Day in order to clean out as much inventory as possible. Whatever is not sold is stored until the next Christmas season!

The corporate locations in New York are vary from year to year in size but are located in typical markets for the franchise expansion plans. The locations should be highly visible from the street and allow for walk in foot traffic. The location should be open and allow for the customer to easily find products and see the prominent displays. A counter will be at the front of the operation and is where customer is checked out and greeted from. Employees and management in the store should be courteous, professional and know about the merchandise carried in the store.
