In the beginning, the company served the consumer electronics market but soon redirected its focus to commercial two-way radio sales and service and marine electronics. Its proximity to the commercial fishing fleet and the local marinas greatly expanded the company reputation in the marine electronics field and for many years was one of the largest and most well known service providers to this clientele. In 1992 the company bought a local communications shop and with that sale acquired a Motorola Two-way Radio dealership. At this point the company is the oldest Motorola shop in the Charleston area and is authorized to sell and service Motorola Professional and Commercial Radios.
