Broker Biography
Introduction
Leon has been a Medical Aesthetics entrepreneur for over 11 years, and a business consultant and business/practice broker since 2001. His experience includes building, growing and selling businesses and practices, with a particular focus in the MedSpa and Aesthetic medical space. Leon currently owns and operates Dermacare Hampton Roads, an Inc.5000 award winning medical spa located in the Virginia Beach area. He also speaks on practice growth and exit strategy topics at industry events. Leon served for 28 years as a Naval Aviator, both active and reserve, and completed multiple combat tours in Iraq, flying as a combat mission lead in a navy special operations squadron. He qualified as Certified Business Intermediary, the standard of excellence in the industry, and holds a BS in Business. Leon is a member of the IBBA, the M&A Source, the American Medical Spa Association & the National Eagle Scout Association. In his spare time Leon can be found flying, sailing or hiking, with travel woven into the mix.
