Charles Magoffin is a Certified Business Broker (CBB) and a member of the Arizona Association of Business Brokers serving Tucson and Pima County. He has owned and sold several of his own businesses and has been in several corporate management positions as a "turnaround manager". Charles has brokered over 110 business transfers over the past 40 years as a Business Broker in Phoenix, Tucson, Sedona and Los Angeles. Charles has a Bachelor of Law Degree (non-bar), Paralegal Diploma and Certificates of Completion in the American Management Association (AMA), "Mergers & Acquisitions" and "Financial Statements Analysis" courses and is a graduate of the "Arizona School of Real Estate & Business" and the "California Broker Institute".
