Raised in an entrepreneurial family and a graduate of Northern Arizona University, she spent 28 years co-owning and operating franchise hotels and quick-service restaurants, developing deep expertise in operations, finance, marketing, and team management.
Since joining Amped in 2010, Peggy has leveraged her firsthand ownership experience to guide clients through buying, selling, and financing businesses across a range of industries. Known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and clear communication, she consistently delivers successful outcomes and positive client experiences.
Based in Flagstaff with her husband, Bob, Peggy is committed to supporting Arizona’s business community.
