About the Company
Thinking about selling your business? Archstone Business Brokers helps owners of profitable, lower-middle-market companies sell confidentially and on their terms. We are a full-service M&A advisory firm specializing in businesses that generate approximately $1M to $50M in annual revenue.
Our senior advisors have completed 100+ transactions representing over $600 million in deal value. Every engagement is led personally by a senior M&A advisor from the first confidential conversation through closing day. Because our advisors have sat on every side of a deal, we know how private equity firms, independent sponsors, family offices, and strategic buyers think, and we position your business to attract the right ones.
How we work:
- Free, confidential consultation to assess whether now is the right time to sell.
- Free business valuation so you understand a realistic market value before going to market.
- A full-service, confidential sale process — marketing under NDA, buyer screening, negotiation, due diligence, and closing. No fees until your business sells.
Industries we serve: healthcare, manufacturing, technology, construction, distribution, transportation, engineering, consumer goods, government contracting, eCommerce, and service-based businesses.
Archstone Business Brokers serves owners nationwide across all 50 U.S. states. Every inquiry is completely confidential. Archstone Business Brokers is not a legal or tax advisor and works alongside your attorney and CPA throughout the process.
