Trudy Parker is a seasoned business broker, commercial real estate professional, and serial entrepreneur based in Asheville, North Carolina. As Owner and President of Asset Marketing Brokers, Inc. and Asset Marketing Group, Inc. (founded in 1987), she specializes in helping business owners confidentially sell their companies while maximizing value across Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina.

With decades of experience, Trudy has successfully brokered hundreds of business transactions, guiding owners through what is often one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. She primarily represents closely held businesses valued under $10–15 million, with EBITDA/SDE up to approximately $5 million.

Her approach goes beyond simply “listing a business.” She works closely with owners to prepare, position, and market their companies to qualified buyers—leveraging best-in-class marketing materials, secure data room processes, and targeted outreach to drive strong interest and successful outcomes.

As a former entrepreneur who started her first business at age 19 and co-founded five companies, Trudy understands firsthand the emotional and financial complexity of selling a business. Her clients value her ability to combine practical experience with strategic insight, particularly in areas such as cash flow optimization, valuation, deal structure, and negotiation.
