Prior to joining Bristol Group, Tyson spent 14 years in commercial real estate brokerage across the western United States, specializing in multifamily and manufactured housing communities — cash-flowing operating assets valued and sold on the same enterprise-value fundamentals that govern any private company sale. Over that period he closed more than 134 transactions representing over $380 million in value, for clients ranging from private owners to institutional funds. Tyson has also owned, operated, and sold multifamily and manufactured housing communities as a principal — giving him firsthand experience of the owner’s side of a sale. That experience made him fluent in the mechanics that decide whether a deal closes — recasting financials, defending a valuation, and structuring around financing and due diligence. Tyson holds active real estate brokerage licenses in Idaho, Washington, and Oregon, and takes a deliberate, relationship-driven approach to every engagement.

During his 14 year career in the Hearing Industry, Jesse identified a strength for analyzing small businesses and growing them through building a strong culture that focused on excellence in customer experience. As a small business owner Jesse understands first hand the day to day challenges in running and growing a successful operation. Jesse's first acquisition was the selling of his own multi-location retail operation. He then worked with a large private group as VP of Business development and Acquisitions. These experiences give Jesse a unique and valuable insight into main street and middle market business. Jesse lives in Eagle, Idaho with his wife and four kids. When he is not chasing kids, he loves downhill skiing with his family, golfing and his horses.
