He owned and operated a family hardware store in the Baltimore area from 1982 through 1995 and has been a licensed Realtor and Real Estate Investor since 1997. He has managed many real estate rehab and development projects. Brian has a lot of experience working with local jurisdictions navigating bureaucratic red tape. Brian has a degree in Business with a minor in English and has earned many official designations recognized by the real estate profession.
