I’ve owned and exited multiple companies myself. My first business? A BBQ restaurant I opened while attending the University of Arizona in the 1980s. In the 1990s, I served as VP of Asian Operations for GlobeTech International, launching sites across Asia and growing revenue by over 1,000%.
In 1999, I purchased a high-tech manufacturing company, scaled it into a global leader, and exited successfully in 2004. Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to helping other business owners do the same.

She also led a full-service marketing agency, where she scaled the team, streamlined operations, and guided the company through a successful exit. Kyle joined Business Brokers of Arizona after selling hundreds of residential properties and investment portfolios on the iconic Lake of the Ozarks in Mid-Missouri. Kim joined Business Brokers of Arizona after a successful entrepreneurial career in the marketing space where she founded, grew, and sold her past three companies. Her entrepreneurial journey is complemented by her corporate experience with Verizon’s Global Strategy Group out of Boston, where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions and venture investing across over a dozen industries including healthcare, cloud tech, automotive, education, transportation, virtual reality, IT and security, to name a few. Earlier in her career, Kim worked for a boutique investment bank in Chicago that provided sell-side M&A advisory services for the plastics, chemicals and packaging industries. Kim holds an MBA from Loyola University Chicago, a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Arizona, and a Master's Certificate in Strategy and Negotiation from Harvard University. Her achievements have earned her recognition as “Woman of the Year” by The BIG Business Awards in 2024 and as one of Inc. Magazine’s “12 Most Inspiring CEOs.” Kim enjoys camping, golfing, spending time with her husband, who owns a successful local remodeling business, exploring life with her adventurous daughter, and having cuddles with her English Labrador Retriever.
