Cannabis Business Brokers, Inc. was founded to bring a great depth of experience and professionalism to an industry that is rapidly expanding but experiencing growing pains. We have over 50 years combined experience in sales and purchases of businesses, including the liquor, pharmaceutical and restaurant industries. Our goal is to bring excellence to the sales process by a careful focus on due diligence of the business, so that sellers and buyers have access to the information and documentation that is standard in other industries.

Mark Logomasini has a 25 year successful track record in corporate and business development, technical management, and finance. He has founded and managed several life sciences companies, which were sold through MBO and traditional M&A. Mark Logomasini has expertise in valuation/deal analysis, technology licensing, government regulation, and bioprocess development. He is currently a Managing Director of a Life Science consulting firm specializing in small business corporate development and finance. Prior to this, he was President of a medical device firm sold in 2016. Before that, he was a Co-founder and CFO of a leading contract drug manufacturer sold in 2007. In addition to his Real Estate Salesperson License, Mark has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, MBA, and is a certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute.
