Entrenched in southeast Virginia since 1885, we have a long history of service to the business and commercial sector of this region of Virginia. Our roots in the community allow us to utilize our many years of involvement in the communities of southeast Virginia to be able to have the right connections and access to the appropriate people to make deals work.
We have deep ties in the community and have a long history with the local businesses and local governments; this provides us with a keen understanding of the local cottage industry for our commercial program. Currently, we maintain the largest commercial lease management portfolio in our MSA, with a balanced mix of industrial, office, and retail ...which allows us the understanding and perspective to provide a superior service to our clients.

In regards to buying and selling businesses, our current program has a high level of technology which allows display and access the information and presentation to services the largest and most sophisticated clients and customers. We currently are carrying approximately 12 million dollars of sales inventory from land to retail centers. We have a service profile for the transacting of commercial real estate.
