Mr. Weston grew up in Salem, Oregon and his background is extensive in owning and operating small business as well as being a retail consultant for Hardware Stores. Mr. Weston & his wife reside in Salem, Oregon and have two grown daughters. He is an avid fly-fisherman and golfer.
