Aaron Webb joined Commercial Realty Advisors in 2019. A graduate of Tabor Academy and The New England Culinary Institute, Aaron is active across Cape Cod with multi-faceted properties, including restaurants, retail, and new business startups. A Centerville resident with his wife Samantha and two teenage children, Aaron currently owns two small businesses in Barnstable. Aaron is a former president of the Centerville Civic Association and Barnstable Pickleball Club, and an active Hyannis Main Street Business Improvement District board member. Aaron is also an active member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for The Town of Barnstable. Aaron’s commercial real estate interests lie with personal connections, new opportunities, and continued business and personal growth across a wide range of commercial business assets. For peace of mind, Aaron is addicted to Pickleball and loves walking with his wife, kids, and dog on Cape Cod's network of expansive trails.

As a Broker and Consultant, Mr. Bailey represents real estate investors, developers, buyers and sellers, as well as client businesses in related fields. Additional areas of experience include financial pro forma development, complex project financing, land entitlement, government relations and community consensus building. Chris initiated the Town of Sandwich’s development of a new Comprehensive Plan, and led the formation of the Sandwich Economic Initiative Corporation. He has served on the board of the Bourne Financial Development Corporation and as a consultant to the Falmouth EDIC. He is a graduate and former board member of the Community Leadership Institute. The Sandwich Chamber of Commerce awarded Chris the 2009 Merrell Award for Community Service and he currently serves on Cape Cod Canal Region Chamber Board of Directors. Chris received the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation in 2006. CCIM Institute provides the highest level of education in financial and market analysis of commercial real estate for the commercial investment real estate practitioner. He graduated from Vassar College with a degree in Cognitive Science. Prior to moving to Cape Cod, Chris had a 12 year career as an actor and singer in New York City. He performed on Broadway as well as national and international touring productions, major regional companies, and summer stock shows. His wife Courtenay Harrington-Bailey was also a performer, and now teaches Dramafun! (www.dramafun.com) – theater classes for kids ages 4 -14. They live in Sandwich with their two children.
