Introduction
I have over 20 years experience in business brokerage. This experience covers valuing existing businesses, selling existing businesses, franchise resales and new franchise start-ups.
I currently work with an outside third-party business valuation firm if you want to obtain a business valuation. You can use the business valuation to help you establish your selling price, use it for estate planning purposes, or for tax and divorce situations.
Our preference is to work with sellers to help you with the sale of your business. This allows us to properly prepare the business for market. We also follow a proven process for selling your business. This allows us to manage the selling process and get to the closing table.
We also work with buyers. We look for listed opportunities or perform a detailed thorough search. A comprehensive search is a fee based service. Either way, our first meeting with a potential Buyer focuses on your needs, professional background, your skill set and goals. We will walk you through the process and try to find a business that fits your abilities and financial requirements. Complete the Background Form to give us the basics about your plans, goals and abilities and we can work from there.
