Introduction

Joe is a family man, a husband and father to a beautiful wife and three boys. He was born and raised in Metro Detroit and was introduced into the real estate industry in 1992. Joe started the business like every agent does and made all the same mistakes as every other agent, as all do. Joe quickly realized that if he wanted to be one of the top agents in the industry, he would have to step up his game and knowledge base of the industry and step it up he did! Joe took an immediate love for this industry and dove in head first. He spent many years and thousands of dollars on training, education and resources specific to the real estate industry. Through many years of hard work, he climbed the ladder of success quickly and catapulted his business to the next level.
Joe is one that always believed that hard work will pay off, but he also believes it to be his duty to educate himself and be the best he can be to ensure the professional attention his clients need and deserve. He has accomplished many levels of success including authoring several books. Joe has identified every step of the real estate selling process and has mastered each one because his belief is “The Client Always Comes First” and ensures them that they will experience a successful real estate transaction each and every time. Through his trusted relationships with his clients his business continues to grow to this day, from referrals to repeat business from his past clients.
