Noel Ezekiel is a highly experienced real estate professional with over five decades of industry expertise across both Canada and the United States. Licensed since 1973, he has been an active contributor to the California real estate market since 1978 and earned his California Broker’s License in 1982.
Early in his California career, Noel built a strong foundation specializing in FHA, VA, and HUD properties, developing a deep understanding of government-backed housing programs and market dynamics. In 1980, he joined Exclusive Realtors, where he quickly rose to the role of General Manager, overseeing a team of approximately 300 agents and driving operational excellence at scale.
In 1985, Noel expanded his focus by joining Homemart Partners in La Jolla, San Diego. There, he concentrated on commercial and industrial real estate, residential income properties, and high-end residential markets. His diverse background and leadership experience have positioned him as a trusted advisor known for strategic insight, market knowledge, and long-standing client relationships.
