As the Founder and CEO of DS&P Digital Marketing & PR Agency, I have spent years helping organizations improve revenue generation, strengthen market positioning, optimize customer acquisition, and scale their operations through data-driven strategies. With deep roots in Florida and extensive transactional experience across Central and South America, Gonzalo specializes in serving international clients across all asset types—ranging from luxury residential to commercial and investment properties. Fluent in five languages—English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and French—Gonzalo is uniquely equipped to navigate cross-border deals and complex transactions with ease. His impressive career includes the sale of over 85 units with The Related Group in Miami Beach, 40–50 units at Trump Towers with the Dezer Family, and more than 100 units with developer Antonio Rodriguez. He has also facilitated the sale of 150+ restaurant businesses, a 247-acre winery in Chile, and three private islands in Colombia’s Islas del Rosario. Gonzalo’s client base spans respected developers and retail tenants alike, including CFS Coffee, Toastique, Skinny Dip, and more. As FCPG’s International Advisory Lead, he continues to connect global investors with Florida’s thriving commercial real estate market. Originally from Chile, Gonzalo has lived in nine countries across three continents and holds a Florida Real Estate Broker License.
