With over 25 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry and as a current small business owner, I bring a unique combination of analytical expertise, operational insight, and real-world entrepreneurial understanding to business brokerage.
My career began as a scientist, where I became the youngest Team Leader at OSG Norwich Pharmaceuticals. I later advanced into roles as Alternate Laboratory Supervisor, Analytical Project Manager, and Internal Auditor. In these positions, I successfully led complex, multi-million dollar projects across the United States as well as internationally in New Zealand and Barcelona. These experiences strengthened my ability to analyze businesses thoroughly, manage large projects, and deliver results under pressure.
After buying and operating my own small salon business, I gained firsthand appreciation for the challenges, rewards, and complexities that business owners face every day. That experience was the catalyst that led me into business brokerage — I became passionate about helping other owners navigate their own transitions with greater confidence and success.
Today, I proudly serve business owners across Central North Carolina, including the Charlotte and Lake Norman regions. My primary focus is helping owners who are considering exiting or retiring — whether that transition is happening now or planned for the future.
