Drawing on his background in high-responsibility roles, Kaseu brings a calm, thoughtful perspective to business transitions and client relationships. He is dedicated to working closely with business owners and sellers to ensure successful transactions, and continues to deepen his knowledge of valuation, deal structure, and financing options. With a working knowledge of SBA lending, he helps sellers strategically position their businesses for sale and assists buyers in qualifying for programs with lower down payments. Kaseu values the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and support clients through meaningful decisions. Outside of work, he enjoys playing pickleball, camping, and spending time with his family. Kaseu’s hands-on approach is instrumental in helping sellers assess their financials, uncover the unique personal story behind each business, and maximize the value of their business legacy.
