The First Choice Team is comprised of a team of professionals with vast business knowledge and experience. Our team was driven to the Business Brokerage business after having sold and operated their own businesses. We have operated franchise, food service, technology, insurance, pharmacy and independently-owned businesses. This gives us real world experience of being the in owner or acquirer’s shoes.

I have walked in those exact same shoes! Years ago, my partners and I owned the largest privately owned pharmacy in the state. With the changing economic climate, it was to our great advantage to sell our business. We thought it was a very simple task. We guessed at what we thought it was worth and figured a buyer would wander by and want to buy it for our price. We were very much mistaken! A business associate recommended that we contact a business broker.

Chase Lester grew up in Western Kentucky and comes from a family of small business owners. His family founded Lester Family Farms in 1976 and Chase grew up working at his family’s farm until he left for college. He always knew that he wanted to own his own small business later in life which led to his desire to open a restaurant in Bowling Green, Kentucky where he put his blood, sweat and tears for 6 years. Chase made the decision to sell his business after having children to be able to spend more time with his family. He is very passionate about helping others navigate this process and has a very deep respect for fellow small business owners.
