Natalie Kessler is the Broker/Owner of First Choice Business Brokers of NW Florida, based in Panama City Beach, specializing in small business transactions ranging from $50,000 to multi-million-dollar deals. Her experience spans service, retail, restaurant & hospitality, construction, HVAC, medical, manufacturing, property management, B2B services, healthcare services, media, and more. Before opening the brokerage, Natalie co-owned and operated an outdoor advertising company along the Emerald Coast. She is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker (Lic#3551892), an Accredited Business Intermediary (ABI) through the American Business Brokers Association, and a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). After 29 years of service in the U.S. Air Force, Tipp traded flight lines for bottom lines, bringing military precision and a mission-first mindset to business brokerage. Before entering the industry, she led teams in government contracting, research and development, and IT project management, where she became known for process efficiency, strategic clarity, and turning complex challenges into streamlined systems. Today, as Co-Owner of First Choice Business Brokers of Northwest Florida, Tipp helps entrepreneurs prepare their businesses for sale, improve operations, and attract qualified buyers.
