AJ is a successful entrepreneur with over 14 years experience operating businesses, management, operations and technology. At the age of 19, she graduated Magna Laude with a Finance degree from the University of Nebraska. She later received her Masters of Business Administration degree from Creighton University. She started her first business at the age of 22, which was featured in Fast Company for its innovative design.
She developed her financial skills in corporate finance at Union Pacific Railroad and subsequently started her own software development and consulting firm. Most recently she worked with two partners to launch a franchise brokerage agency that has become one of the top producing firms in the country. Today she loves working with business owners to help them successfully navigate selling their businesses.
