As a marketing leader, I have worked with organizations ranging from local businesses to Fortune 500 corporations. I hold an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a BA from Florida Atlantic University. I am fully fluent in Spanish and English.

He holds an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, a Master’s in Accountancy from DePaul University, and a BBA in Finance from the University of Houston-Downtown. His career includes leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies such as PepsiCo, where he drove operational improvements and spearheaded key financial initiatives. JaRon has also partnered with minority-owned businesses to secure major contracts and strengthen procurement strategies. As both a former small business advisor and finance executive, JaRon blends analytical precision with practical insight into building, growing, and transitioning businesses.
