Introduction
Michael’s passion for small business began shortly after college, when he persuaded two partners to invest in a regional pizza franchise. Though he was the youngest and least experienced operator in the system, he quickly proved himself through grit and hard work. Under his leadership, the team built the most profitable location in the company — an experience that laid the foundation for Michael’s future ventures.
Over the years, he has served as an owner, operator, consultant, and senior executive across a range of industries including finance, insurance, construction, food and beverage, and family entertainment. His diverse background — from launching one of the nation’s first trampoline park brands to leading initiatives at a national construction firm — has equipped him with a deep understanding of the operational and financial dynamics critical to evaluating and transacting businesses.
Michael’s experience spans every phase of the business lifecycle, from startup to exit. As a business broker, he draws on that firsthand knowledge to guide buyers and sellers through the complexities of valuation, negotiation, and deal structure.
A longtime Central Florida resident, Michael lives an active lifestyle with his wife and two children. Whether it’s intense workouts, youth sports, or anything involving the water, they’re always on the move.
