Mike Stone brings over 35 years of business ownership, financial, and brokerage experience to helping owners successfully transition their companies. As a former CPA, entrepreneur, and business broker for 3 years, Mike combines financial expertise with firsthand experience buying, building, operating, and selling businesses. His background includes 25 years in the wholesale meat industry, 8 years owning and operating a dog waste removal business, and 12 years building and growing a DNA pet laboratory business. Having personally bought, developed, operated, and sold businesses, Mike understands the challenges owners face when preparing for a successful transition and maximizing value. Mike specializes in analyzing financials, identifying legitimate add backs, and uncovering owner benefits and business strengths that help reveal the true earning power of a company. By recasting earnings and highlighting true cash flow, Mike helps owners maximize the value of their business while helping buyers clearly understand the opportunity. Outside of business, Mike has been married for 34 years, is the father of three grown children, and has spent more than a decade in Christian media ministry.

JaRon brings more than a decade of diverse business and financial expertise to his role as a business broker. With a strong foundation in financial management, supplier diversity, supply chain finance, and small business development, he is uniquely positioned to guide entrepreneurs, buyers, and sellers through seamless and successful business transactions. He holds an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, a Master’s in Accountancy from DePaul University, and a BBA in Finance from the University of Houston-Downtown. His career includes leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies such as PepsiCo, where he drove operational improvements and spearheaded key financial initiatives. JaRon has also partnered with minority-owned businesses to secure major contracts and strengthen procurement strategies. As both a former small business advisor and finance executive, JaRon blends analytical precision with practical insight into building, growing, and transitioning businesses. His strategic mindset and client-focused approach make him a trusted partner for those navigating the complex process of buying or selling a business.
