About the Company
The Business Broker Who Knows What Buyers Actually Want
Most brokers hope they understand buyer psychology. I actually know - because I work directly with investment groups and private equity firms identifying acquisition targets across Texas.
For over two years, I analyzed businesses from the buyer's perspective, learning exactly what drives premium valuations and what kills deals in due diligence. Now I use that insider intelligence to help sellers maximize their outcomes.
The Difference: When you work with FirstCase, you're not getting guesswork - you're getting someone who talks to buyers every week. I know what shifts EBITDA multiples, which issues destroy value in due diligence, and how to position your business for competitive offers instead of negotiated settlements.
Our Approach: We prepare businesses using investment-grade standards, position them strategically, and leverage our buyer network to create competition. Every client gets access to pre-qualified buyers who operate with integrity.
Why It Matters: You've built something valuable. You deserve maximum value and someone who understands both sides of the table working for you - not against you.
Broker Biography
Introduction
When I started connecting investment groups with business owners, I expected fair negotiations between equals. Instead, I witnessed brilliant entrepreneurs consistently leaving money on the table simply because they didn't know what they didn't know.
The breaking point became clear when I witnessed a family lose out on millions in generational wealth due to a lack of succession planning when the business owner exited.
I realized the only way to level this playing field was to take institutional knowledge from the buyer's side and put it to work for business owners; not as some neutral middleman, but as their dedicated advocate who understands exactly how the other side operates.
Now, business owners enter every conversation armed with the same insights their potential buyers have. They know their true market value, understand deal structures, and have tax-optimized exit strategies.
Every business owner deserves to know what their life's work is really worth. When you don't have a plan, someone else will make one for you - and it won't be in your favor.

Services Provided
Investment-Grade Business Valuations: Professional valuations using proven methodology. Unlike tax-focused CPA valuations, we analyze your business through the buyer's lens as well - showing exactly what drives premium multiples and what issues will surface in due diligence. You'll know your true market value and the specific factors affecting it before you ever go to market.
Value Acceleration & Exit Planning: Most owners wait until they're ready to sell to discover what their business is worth - then it's too late to fix anything. If needed, we implement systematic value-building strategies 12-24 months before your planned exit, addressing the issues that compress multiples and amplifying the factors that command premiums. The result: significantly higher sale prices when you're ready.
Business Sale Representation: Full-service transaction management from strategic positioning through closing. We leverage our investment group relationships to create competitive buyer interest, manage the entire due diligence process, and negotiate aggressively on your behalf. Our goal: premium multiples, smooth transactions, and terms that protect your interests.
Strategic Positioning: We prepare businesses for sale using investment-grade standards - the same criteria institutional buyers use. This includes financial documentation, operational systems review, management assessment, and strategic recommendations that transform how buyers perceive your business value.
