Tom has extensive experience with business operations including multi-location firms in several diverse industries. As a senior manager of these firms, Tom has participated in both buy and sell side opportunities of companies between $1mm-$60mm in revenue.
Tom's professional career began in governmental auditing. He was a key member of the senior management team at a regional transportation services firm which grew to more than $40mm in sales and eventually sold in a private equity industry roll-up. Tom later formed his own business consulting group helping small businesses and medium-sized companies with financial management, sales, marketing, organizational and strategic planning.
Tom is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
