Introduction
With a background as an interpreter and broker in the wood trading business, I’ve worked closely with both buyers and sellers — and have also managed my own deals. This hands-on experience gives me a strong understanding of both sides of a transaction, as well as the emotions, challenges, and goals that come with it.
In addition to real estate, I operated my own spa and sold the keep-warm pad product that became popular in Hanoi in just a few months, along with various other consumer goods. These experiences deepened my understanding of business operations, buyer behavior, and negotiation dynamics, and strengthened my ability to analyze deals from multiple perspectives.
Today, as a Hawaii Realtor specializing in commercial and residential real estate, I combine my business experience, market knowledge, and trilingual communication skills (English, Vietnamese, and Chinese) to help my clients buy, sell, and invest with confidence.
