Alan Stahl has worked in the investment world for more than 50 years. He started his career running one of the most successful municipal and government bond firms over the course of 30 years, after which, in 1992, he founded Future In-Site Realty Associates, Inc. This company became a cornerstone for developing and leasing more than 75 preschools, as well as nearly 2,500 multi family units, and senior-housing projects.
Since 1992, Alan has been recognized as one of the most knowledgeable brokers in the child care industry. He personally owned and operated two PreSchools over 18 years, and managed to develop, buy, sell, lease and renegotiate more than 40 child care leases for clients such as Kindercare, Tutor Time, The Learning Experience, and boutique Montessori preschools.

Introduction
Alan was a Principal owner and the Executive Vice President of a highly successful Municipal Bond firm from 1973 to 1993, operating in 6 locations with 300 licensed Brokers. Beginning in 1992 thru 1996, Alan was the Master Zone Developer for all Tutor Time Child Care Learning Centers in California developing 27 preschools and owning and operating two preschools. Beginning in 2001 thru 2005 he was the Land Acquisition Director for Amcal Multi Housing involved in developing more than 2500 housing units. From 2009 thru 2017, Alan bought, renovated and sold more than 100 homes throughout Southern California.
Currently, with the vast experience and knowledge of every aspect of the child care industry, Alan represents Owners and Landlords both buying and selling PreSchools. He renegotiates leases with Landlords such as Kindercare and Tutor Time for owners throughout the country.
