Introduction
As a broker with Goodman and Company, Peter provides business advisory and transaction-related services to clients in the sale of their companies, be it through merger, business combination, employee buy-out, or other transactions. He is sought after for his merger and acquisition expertise which ranges from evaluating exit strategies and drafting offering memorandums to deal negotiations and bringing all parties “to the table” for a closing.
With a wealth of experience in international transactions, high tech, and consumer goods, Peter is prepared to address the needs of owners in a variety of industries. He understands the forces at work in generational transfers as well as in arms-length transactions.
He has been a business broker for eight years. Peter holds a Master’s in business from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s in economics and physics from Lehigh University. He speaks Italian and French. He holds a Massachusetts real estate license.
Outside of the office, Peter is an avid racing sailor on Buzzards Bay.

Goodman & Co. is a general business broker, serving B2B and B2B owners throughout Massachusetts. for real estate brokerage, we can handle both sides of a transaction--the business itself, and the real estate with improvements. As part of the pre-sale process, we calculate a value for the business, prepare marketing materials, and review previous sales of comparable businesses.
We also perform Buyer Representation engagements on a retainer basis, conducting searches for clients based on their specific criteria as to size, geography, and type of business.
