Introduction
For over 20 years, I have helped entrepreneurs achieve personal, business, and financial freedom through business ownership. As both a Business Broker and Franchise Consultant, I work with clients who are looking to buy an existing business, sell a business, or invest in a franchise that aligns with their goals, lifestyle, and financial objectives.
My entrepreneurial journey began in my twenties and includes owning six successful businesses, along with executive experience in banking, real estate brokerage and development, business consulting, mergers and acquisitions, and franchise consulting. Throughout my career, I have trained hundreds of business owners across the United States on topics including business planning, financing, cash flow, operations, and long-term growth strategies.
I believe business ownership should be exciting—not overwhelming. My role is to simplify the process, educate my clients, and provide trusted guidance every step of the way. I am a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and a proud member of the International Franchise Professionals Group (IFPG). For more than 30 years, I have owned, operated, bought, sold, and grown businesses, giving me firsthand experience with the opportunities and challenges of entrepreneurship.
Throughout my career, I have founded multiple businesses, worked with franchise systems, completed business acquisitions, and guided startups from concept to operation. I understand what it takes to build, grow, and transition a business because I've done it myself.
Earlier in my career, I founded one of the first onsite corporate wellness companies in Texas, creating workplace wellness clinics that were recognized by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as a model wellness initiative.
I also founded the Entrepreneurs Association of Texas in the Austin area to educate and support business owners. Over the years, I have taught workshops for hundreds of entrepreneurs on business planning, financing, cash flow, growth strategies, and business ownership.
Today, I help aspiring and existing entrepreneurs evaluate business ownership opportunities with confidence. Rather than telling clients what to buy or sell, I provide education, strategic guidance, proven evaluation tools, and access to resources so they can make informed decisions aligned with their goals and financial objectives.
