Background:
John Vassiliades, started his career in the coin laundry industry over thirty years ago. In this time John has successfully ventured into every aspect of the coin laundry industry. He has been a multiple store owner as well as having worked as a commercial equipment distributor, manufacturer{s representative, business broker, volunteer and executive of the non-profit industry association. John Vassiliades, Designated Managing Broker for J. Vassiliades & Company, is a licensed business and real estate broker solely responsible for brokering the sales of over 1000 coin laundries.

Most recently John had been serving the international community of coin laundry owners, manufacturers and distributors as the Executive Director of the Coin Laundry Association (CLA) and CLA{s Insurance Program, which he personally founded out of the need to provide reasonable insurance coverage to the underserved coin laundry business community. Before John was running CLA, he was a longstanding volunteer member of the Board of Directors and was elected the Executive Board Chairman in 1990 and 1991. He has been presented with numerous awards for his volunteerism and contributions to the coin laundry industry.

John provides customers with information and services enabling them to increase profits, evaluate a store before purchase, layout and design a store, create the proper equipment mix for a store and negotiate a favorable lease. John is also experienced in new store construction, remodeling, upgrades and repairs.

It is very important to John to be able to work one-on-one with business owners and new investors on every aspect of their business in order to ensure the long term goals of their life{s work.
