Laundromats and dry cleaners are our specialty!!! That all we do.

We help bring together buyers and sellers of Retail "Main Street" Businesses.

We manage the process from the listing, qualifying, presenting and writing up the offer. From there we will help coordinate the due diligence, lease assignment, contracts, utilities, closing and training. The process ends with the smooth and successful transfer of the business from the seller to the buyer.

John has a diverse business background that spans over 30 years in executive roles managing operations and sales for various companies in the financial services and construction industry; including insurance, investments, consumer finance, mortgages, remodeling and new home construction. John also was the Founder and President of a national home building company for over 10 years.

John has bought and sold various businesses ranging from a laundromat, dry cleaner, restaurant as well as managed various investment properties.

He grew up in Whitestone, Queens, where he graduated with a Regents Diploma from Archbishop Molloy High School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Fordham University.

John has been a resident of Woodbury and Southbury, CT for almost 25 years with his wife Jessica and his two children, Jonathan & Rebecca. He enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid outdoorsman. John is also very active at his church in Thomaston.
