Nedal Kawash is a Chicago-based commercial real estate broker, investor, and entrepreneur who has personally closed over $100 million in real estate transactions. He is the Founder and Managing Broker of The Kawash Group, a brokerage firm specializing in commercial and investment real estate throughout the Chicagoland area. With a reputation built on performance, trust, and strategic thinking, Nedal works with a wide range of clients — from private investors and developers to business owners and institutional landlords. His expertise spans commercial leasing, industrial sales, multifamily portfolios, land development, and off-market acquisitions. In addition to brokerage, Nedal is the co-founder of Modern Creations, a design-build construction firm that allows him to bring development projects to life from the ground up.
