Karen has been practicing commercial real estate in Maine since 1991 and was voted Maine Commercial Realtor of the year in 2012.
Over the last 27 years, Karen has been involved with many retail and development projects in Southern Maine. Her largest single investment sale topped $15,000,000. Karen specializes in all aspects of sales and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties. Her expertise in assembling development sites throughout Maine has proven invaluable to her clients.

Pete grew up in Malden, Massachusetts, where he earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Lowell in 1985.
