With over 30 years of entrepreneurial and executive experience, Kurt Okraski brings a practical, results-driven perspective to business sales and acquisitions. Having founded, operated, and sold multiple successful companies across North America, he understands the complexities of being on both sides of a transaction and guides his clients with the insight of someone who has been in their shoes.
Before joining M&A Business Advisors, Kurt co-founded and served as CEO of a geospatial engineering firm for 19 years, earning recognition in multiple industry and business publications. His diverse background spans engineering, construction, investment, retail, and restaurant industries, providing him with a broad foundation to assist clients in a wide range of sectors.
Kurt holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno, along with a private pilot’s license, commercial drone certification, and specialized credentials in aerial mapping and geospatial technologies. He is a skilled negotiator who has handled numerous commercial leases as both a property owner and tenant.
