A.John Richwine CCIM brings more than 37 years of industry experience to his latest enterprise. Prior to embarking on his real estate career, John gained experience as a staff accountant in a public accounting firm. Since 1974 he has owned and successfully sold or merged multiple Michigan based businesses and has become a respected authority in commercial real estate and business brokerage. He has learned and developed many methods and processes for brokering businesses and real estate transactions. These methodologies and processes have maintained successful client and customer relationships over the years. And additionally, John has developed educational programs that have been offered to business brokers throughout the state of Michigan.
John earned his BBA from Cleary University and has earned the prestigious commercial investment real estate designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) through the National Association of Realtors. He is an active member of the National Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and has been State Director and President of the Michigan Business Brokers’ Association. John served as an elected Township Trustee and then Township Supervisor for Monroe Township, Michigan.
