Metropolitan Property Group LLC (MPG) is a licensed Michigan commercial real estate and business brokerage firm headquartered in Metro Detroit. Introduction

I bought a failing restaurant in 1995. Nobody gave me a roadmap. I learned operations, managed staff, fixed the books, rebuilt the customer base, and ran it for seven years before selling for a 10x return on my original investment.

That deal didn't just change my financial life — it showed me exactly what business brokers were missing: operators who understand what they're actually selling.

I've spent the last 20+ years in commercial real estate and business brokerage across Metro Detroit, completing 500+ transactions spanning bars, restaurants, retail centers, industrial properties, multifamily buildings, and development land. Every deal I take on gets the same operator-level scrutiny I applied to my own.
