Patricia “Pat” Lee is a seasoned real estate professional with nearly twenty years of experience in both residential and commercial transactions. A native of San Francisco, Pat grew up assisting her parents with property management, providing her with early exposure to the real estate industry. She became a licensed real estate salesperson in 2005 and earned her broker associate license in 2014. Pat holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and a bachelor’s degree in business from St. Mary’s College.
Before pursuing real estate full-time, Pat operated a successful home staging company, helping sellers maximize their property value. Her keen eye for design, combined with her market expertise, quickly established her reputation for selling homes above asking price. She is equally adept at helping buyers—whether first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors—find the perfect property at exceptional value.
