Introduction

Patricia “Pat” Lee
Licensed Real Estate Broker Associate | Residential and commercial Sales Expert

Patricia “Pat” Lee is a seasoned real estate professional with nearly twenty years of experience in both residential and commercial transactions. A native of San Francisco, Pat grew up assisting her parents with property management, providing her with early exposure to the real estate industry. She became a licensed real estate salesperson in 2005 and earned her broker associate license in 2014. Pat holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and a bachelor’s degree in business from St. Mary’s College.

Before pursuing real estate full-time, Pat operated a successful home staging company, helping sellers maximize their property value. Her keen eye for design, combined with her market expertise, quickly established her reputation for selling homes above asking price. She is equally adept at helping buyers—whether first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors—find the perfect property at exceptional value.

Her clients consistently praise her dedication, negotiation skills, and unwavering commitment to their success. Whether selling or purchasing a business, Pat is known for going above and beyond, managing every detail to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. Her team is always ready to provide hands-on support, from staging and cleaning to navigating complex negotiations.

Outside of work, Pat remains deeply connected to her hometown. Her extensive knowledge of San Francisco’s diverse neighborhoods gives her clients a competitive edge in one of the nation’s most competitive real estate markets. In her free time, you might find her in her neighborhood, The Inner Sunset, enjoying time with her dog DonTot!
